What we do

GetWallStreetJobs lets candidates send their resume to financial firms they choose, and lets employers post job openings. We are not an employer, and we don't guarantee that any firm will respond, interview or hire you.

Candidates

  • You must be at least 18 and send only your own resume.
  • Your information must be accurate. Don't include information you don't want firms to see.
  • By sending, you authorize us to deliver your resume and profile to each firm you select. You can send to up to 10 firms at a time. Sharing with additional firms happens only if you separately opt in (see below).
  • Firms decide independently whether to contact you. Once a firm receives your resume, its own policies apply.

Employers

  • Post only real, current openings you're authorized to post. No fees may be charged to applicants.
  • Posts must comply with employment and anti-discrimination laws and FINRA and SEC rules. We may edit, decline or remove any post.
  • Use candidate information only to consider them for employment, and don't add candidates to marketing lists.

How we're paid

GetWallStreetJobs is free for candidates. Firms may pay us, for example a fee for receiving candidates or resumes, or when they hire someone they met through us. Candidates are never charged, and no employer may charge an applicant a fee.

  • Your resume goes to the firms you select whether or not they pay us.
  • If you opt in to sharing with additional firms, we may consider whether a firm pays us when deciding where to send your resume.

Sharing with additional firms (optional)

When you send your resume, you can also check an optional box allowing us to share your resume and profile with additional firms beyond the ones you selected. If you opt in:

  • We may send your resume and profile details to other broker-dealers, banks, investment and trading firms, hedge funds, family offices or similar employers that we believe may be a fit, without asking you before each one.
  • Those firms may contact you directly, and their own policies apply once they receive your information.
  • You can turn this off at any time on your profile page or by emailing hello@getwallstreetjobs.com. Turning it off stops future sharing; we can't recall resumes already sent.
  • Firms that receive your resume this way may pay us. Some state privacy laws call this a "sale" of personal information; see Your privacy choices.
  • If you don't opt in, we send your resume only to the firms you select.

Firm listings

Listings come from public SEC broker-dealer registrations and other business sources. A listing doesn't mean the firm endorses or partners with us. Firms can stop receiving resumes at any time.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape the site, submit false or automated applications, or interfere with the service.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for hiring decisions, for how firms use candidate information, or for indirect damages.
