Accessibility Statement

Last reviewed: October 26, 2026

GetWallStreetJobs is committed to making getwallstreetjobs.com usable by everyone, including people with disabilities, and to meeting the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the standard generally used to measure website accessibility.

What we've done

  • Text and buttons meet WCAG AA color-contrast ratios
  • Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, with visible focus outlines and a "Skip to content" link
  • Pages use proper headings, landmarks (header, navigation, main, footer) and descriptive page titles
  • Images have text alternatives; decorative icons are hidden from screen readers
  • Form fields have visible labels; errors are described in text and announced to screen readers, not shown by color alone
  • Menus and expandable sections announce whether they're open or closed
  • Links that open a new tab say so to screen-reader users
  • Layouts reflow on phones and at 200% zoom, and animation is reduced if you've asked your device to reduce motion
  • We test with automated tools (axe-core) and with manual keyboard checks

Known limitations

  • Uploaded resumes are candidates' own documents, and we can't guarantee their accessibility.
  • Some linked third-party sites, such as employers' application pages, are outside our control.
